Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Taelim LLC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman ("Taelim", "we", "us").

By registering an account, purchasing a plan, or accessing any part of taelim.om, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Taelim.

Taelim provides an online AI skills education platform including video lessons, learning paths, an AI-powered tutor, community features, and completion certificates.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately at hello@taelim.om if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Be at least 16 years of age, or have parental consent if younger.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.

All prices are shown in USD and are subject to 5% Omani VAT where applicable. Prices may vary by region and payment method.

Subscription (Pro Monthly/Annual):

• Billed automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current period.
• No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

7-day money-back guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment on any paid plan, contact hello@taelim.om for a full refund, no questions asked.
• This guarantee applies once per customer. Repeat refund requests on the same account will not be honored.

Pro plan:

• One-time payment. Includes access to all current and future courses released on the platform.
• Eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase only.

All course content, videos, lesson materials, graphics, and platform code are the exclusive property of Taelim LLC or its licensed content creators and are protected by copyright.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own learning. You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or materials.
• Share your account credentials to give others access.
• Use Taelim content to build a competing product.
• Screen-record, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform.

AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

Do not input sensitive personal information (passport numbers, financial details, passwords) into the AI tutor.

You agree not to use Taelim to:

• Violate any applicable Omani or international law.
• Upload or share harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access content.
• Impersonate Taelim, its staff, or other users.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members.

You may close your account at any time via Profile → Security → Delete Account. Subscriptions should be cancelled first to stop future billing.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by Omani law. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Taelim is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, Taelim's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
